The Master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom including a Jacuzzi and double shower. There is a satellite TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a beautiful ocean view which includes Montserrat, a neighboring volcanic island 28 miles to the South. The three guest bedrooms of Island View Villa also feature ceiling fans and air conditioning, and all have queen size beds. One of the bedrooms is en-suite with a private garden view verandah. The other two guest rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom, while one of these also features a private garden view verandah. |

The living room is spacious and comfortable for large groups with large couches and a massage chair. For your entertainment there is a big screen satellite TV, stereo system, DVD player, bar, and pool table. The kitchen at Island View Villa is spacious and extensively equipped including a gas range and oven, dishwasher, two fridge/freezers, microwave, blender and coffeemaker. There is also a pasta maker, waffle maker, ice cream maker, kettle, toaster, and a desk and radio. |

Outside there is a covered courtyard dining area with a hand carved Thai dining ensemble, as well as a shaded area by the swimming pool with two dining tables. There is a gourmet BBQ with rotisserie, outdoor loungers, a hammock, and pool toys. There are also many amenities in walking distance of Island View Villa, including Jolly Harbour Marina, several bars and restaurants, tennis and squash courts, car and golf cart rental, and an 18 hole golf course. |
