The open-plan kitchen has just been completely remodeled to impeccable standards featuring a central island with seats all around, new surfaces, and stainless steel appliances. The maple dining table seats 10 people comfortably. There is also a spiral staircase around a small indoor garden in the library.

The master bedroom is on the upper level, king-sized, with large windows looking over the gardens, pool and ocean beyond. The large en suite features his and hers sinks against mirrored walls. There is a sunken bath and mosaic tiled shower, both with magnificent views. The three guest bedrooms on the lower level also feature king size four poster beds, with doors to a shaded verandah. One of these is a mini-suite which has a private sitting area, and a separate entrance to the gardens.
