This magnificent 3-bedroom villa with an attached cottage is offered for short-term rentals. Located on the hillside overlooking St. James's Club, Antigua, Villa Sotto Vento features a large swimming pool and luxurious and generous deck extending to a gazebo. It provides for a private vacation and can be combined with entertainment for larger cocktail parties.

Accommodation:

Villa Sotto Vento is best suited to accommodate up to 8 persons. The main house provides three bedrooms each with en-suite bath and king sized bed. The guest cottage has a bedroom with twin beds and an en-suite bath, while the study can provide sleeping on a pull-out sofa and has its own separate en-suite bathroom.

Catering and Services:

Villa Sotto Vento offers daily maid service. Catering, including chef, hostess, bartender and other services is available for an additional charge and must be arranged well ahead of time. Additionally, St. James's Club can provide catering at the villa for cocktail parties.

For sit-down meals it is best to consider parties of 8 but for buffet-style meals larger parties can be catered for.

Rental Rates:

December 1 to May 15 - US $14,000 per week. May 16 to November 30 - price by arrangement.

Special rates apply for Christmas, New Year's, Charter Boat Show, Classic Regatta, Sailing Week and Cricket World Cup. Please contact us for details.

Prices include maid service, electricity and utilities, use of most St. James's Club facilities and transportation from the airport to the Villa.
