The architectural design allows the villa to take full advantage of the cool easterly trade winds. Rendezvous House has high-pitched ceilings fitted with fans throughout and is decorated with quality furnishings, antiques and tasteful artwork. The villa can accommodate up to six people on two levels.

Accommodation - Main Level:

Master bedroom with 4-poster king bed, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom.

Dining room with ceiling fan. Kitchen with 5-burner stove, oven, toaster, espresso machine, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Guest bathroom with shower. Sheltered veranda on three sides of the villa with sitting areas.

Accommodation - Lower Level:

Guest bedroom #1 with 4-poster queen bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom, kitchenette with fridge and stove.

Guest bedroom #2 with 4-poster queen bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom.

Other amenities include hair dryer and Bose stereo system throughout main level of house.

Rental Rates:

December 1 to May 15 - US $3,850 per week. May 16 to November 30 - price by arrangement.
