doors. The view through the double folding cedar louvers is to the pool and
golf course. The whole layout of the ground floor is wheelchair friendly,
including a ramp to the pool, although a davit would be needed at the pool
edge to enable a wheel chair user to swim. Up the varnished wooden stairs
are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. |

with blue trim on the windows and doors. The garden will be well landscaped,
a lawn and many palms and flowers. There is a gate to the golf course
through the fence and fichus hedge. A pink leaved hibiscus hedge surrounds
the whole pool, blending with the pinkish tinge of the coral stone patio.
The Villa has parking for 2 cars, is air conditioned as well as ceiling fans
and hurricane shutters on the upper level.
