Arca Villa is a beautiful estate surrounded by mature tropical landscaping high on the hillside that overlooks Falmouth Harbour.  Just a few minutes drive from the convenience and history of English Harbour, there is a welcome Caribbean feel as you come through the gated driveway and into the open courtyard of the main house where bright colours, lush plants and authentic Mexican tiles lead to five of the six offered bedrooms. All five of these bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, mosquito nets, screened windows, ceiling fans, and lovely views of the garden.

From the courtyard, walking down elegant hardwood steps, the living room and fully-equipped kitchen open to stunning views of Falmouth Harbour and the marinas of the harbour, beautiful by day and night.  The high ceilings and spacious areas extend into the living room which offers radio, cable TV, DVD player and DVD library, and wireless internet.  The kitchen has many modern conveniences to accommodate large families or groups, including a six-burner gas stove and dishwasher.  From here you can walk out onto the verandah, where dining and relaxing can be casual or elegant, in sun or shade:  indoor, al fresco or poolside.

In addition to the upper level verandah, Arca Villa also boasts a large tiled sundeck with gazebo, dining table and charcoal barbecue beside the kidney-shaped pool.  There is an outdoor garden shower, and there are chaises and three built-in benches to sit alongside the pool.  The entire deck area is overlooking the lush hillside and Falmouth Harbour.  With its separate entrance adjacent to the sundeck, the sixth bedroom is located on this level.  It can accommodate three people, is also en suite, with fan and the same magnificent view.
