Carib House Turtle Bay |
| Carib House is a magnificent new villa with accommodation for up to 10 people and partying space for many more. The villa is situated on an exclusive peninsula at Turtle Bay on the south-west coast of Antigua, on the north side of the entrance to Falmouth Harbour. Carib House is located about 35 minutes from the airport and is a 10 minute drive to the marinas, shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife of English Harbour. A rental car is essential with this house. |

| The main house and terrace are built 60 feet above sea level which provides the benefits of the cool sea breezes. A two-minute stroll takes you to Turtle Beach, a stony and rocky beach area with great snorkeling and at times, great waves for surfing. The villa has fantastic views over Falmouth Harbour and the Caribbean Sea towards Guadeloupe and Montserrat. |

Accommodation in the main house includes the master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite shower room. Two guest bedrooms which share a bathroom, include one with twin single beds and the other with an option of king sized bed or twin singles. The garden apartment, built into the lower level of the house has a queen sized bed, ensuite shower room, fully fitted kitchen and covered patio dining area. |

furnished and feature built-in mahogany units, quality
wicker furniture and unique fabrics. They all have
ceiling fans and are fully screened. Bathrooms are
finished in natural stone. The living area within the main house comprises the Games Room with a full-sized oak pool table that can be covered to form a tennis table or a dining table that can seat up to 14 people at more formal occasions. The villa has extensive, well-covered outdoor living areas. Overlooking the pool is a comfortable sitting room with colonial-style wicker furniture surrounded by tropical plants. With views across Falmouth Harbour is an attractive dining area. The pool features a green stone island and is surrounded by a natural stone patio with numerous tropical plants. Sun lounges and a huge umbrella complete the setting. At the far end of the terrace is the gazebo which offers another delightful sitting and dining area. Hammocks make this a favourite afternoon spot. Carib House has been finished to a very high standard. The use of Trinidadian mahogany and polished local limestone gives a very warm feeling to the villa. Painted a bright yellow with deep blue trim, it was named after the logo of one the local brews. Large, airy and comfortable, all rooms have wooden shutters, Italian Terra-cotta and limestone floors and neutral tones. Attractive fabrics and the work of many of the island's top artists, complete the villa's luxurious ambiance. |
