Casa Bougainvillia is a 1/4 acre estate situated on the west coast, overlooking two of Antigua’s most pristine beaches, Valley Church and Darkwood.  The villa is only a five minute drive to the conveniences of Jolly Harbour, yet is intimate and offers a true opportunity to relax.  On a hillside, with sweeping westerly views, the villa is ideally positioned to enjoy the breezes and Caribbean sunsets.  The 27’ x 9’ plunge pool and surrounding tile verandah offer the perfect place to dine al fresco with a covered dining table, barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen right beside the pool.

The Master bedroom is on the upper level and opens onto a roofed terrace overlooking the verandah and sea beyond.  A king size bed, en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standing spa shower and raised jacuzzi offer comfortable executive luxury.  There are also two guest bedrooms on this level, one with a queen size bed, en suite bathroom and beautiful ocean views.  The other guest bedroom has two single beds, en suite bathroom and a garden view.  Casa Bougainvillia is air conditioned throughout and all of the bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.  Also featured on the upper level is a fully equipped kitchen with added amenities such as an espresso machine, microwave oven, wine fridge and ice maker.  The lounge has a large plasma screen TV and satellite receiver, and features floor to ceiling picture windows overlooking the ocean.

The middle level of the villa also has a fully fitted kitchen adjacent to a dining table which seats eight comfortably.  For state of the art entertainment in the spacious living room on this level, there is another large screen plasma TV, satellite receiver, DVD player and stereo.  Casa Bougainvillia also offers the use of a laptop, with wireless hi-speed internet throughout the property.  From this kitchen and lounge the glass doors open to the pool deck.  There is a separate guest bathroom for visitors on this level.  The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed, full en suite bathroom with large shower, walk-in closet and features air conditioning and a ceiling fan.  This bedroom has garden and ocean views.
