Villa Kulala is a luxurious four bedroom property in a unique cliff-side setting, on the dramatic east coast of Antigua. Located at the entrance to Dian Bay, the villa sits privately at the end of Dumm’s Point, a promontory boasting three and a half acres of wild and natural parkland. The buildings that make up Villa Kulala are linked by paths and mature tropical gardens. There is a Balinese theme throughout the property, and the villa is sophisticated in furnishings, with absolute comfort and relaxation in mind. |

The living and dining areas of Villa Kulala are open and designed to embrace the easterly tradewinds. The lounge is open on three sides to a tropical courtyard with aquatic pool, to a verandah with dining area for 10 looking out over the Atlantic, and to the Games room. The kitchen is well equipped, including a Viking gas range, dishwasher, and Chalon worktable. The lounge at Villa Kulala boasts state of the art entertainment, with a flat screen cable television, DVD player, and CD music system. Between the kitchen and lounge, the covered dining area seats eight people. There is a pool table, and wireless internet access is also available. The sitting room leads to a large covered terrace and the infinity swimming pool, all with spectacular views across Dian Bay. |

The layout of the villa offers maximum privacy for its guests, while affording ocean views from every bedroom and bathroom. All four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a 4 poster king size bed, mosquito net, and ceiling fan. The en suite has his and hers sinks and an open roof shower with a rain-maker shower head. French doors open to Dian Bay with views of nearby Devil’s Bridge, a natural rock bridge created by centuries of crashing waves. |

The Guest bedroom also has a 4 poster king size bed, ceiling fan, an open roof shower and his and hers sinks. The second guest bedroom has two single beds, and a shower en suite. These rooms open to the lush tropical gardens of the courtyard. The third guest bedroom is a king size bed, and has mosquito netting and ceiling fans, with a shower en suite. The quiet, white sand beach known as Long Bay is only a two minute walk from Villa Kulala. There is a stone path giving access to the bay, which is calm and reef protected, making it perfect for swimming and snorkeling. For more photos click here. |
