suite staterooms and a single bedroom, allowing the villa to sleep nine
people very comfortably. All bedrooms are en suite with walk-in rain-maker showers
and their own verandahs. The Master Bedroom also features a double ended
Jacuzzi bath and his and hers sinks. Villa Nicobar has ceiling fans and
is air conditioned throughout. |

Picture windows span the
length of the Great Room, open-plan, with plenty of comfortable seating,
state of the art entertainment and spectacular views over the infinity
pool and Caribbean Sea. |

The kitchen is fully
appointed with granite surfaces, and is centrally located for easy
passage to the lounge, dining, and pool areas. Just downstairs is the
underground rock wine cellar. For indoor dining, there is a maple table
that seats 8 people, which easily converts to a billiards table. |

The terrace and outdoor
furnishings are smart, stylish and elegant, overlooking beautiful Deep
Bay and Galley Bay. By the infinity pool there is a 10 seat teak dining table, chaise
lounges, and shaded verandah and sun deck. The Jacuzzi can be set to
cool, or warm for evenings under the stars. |
