Located only minutes from the conveniences of Jolly Harbour, Nampara House is ideally located to enjoy down-island views and the sunsets of western Antigua.  The gated property is about 1/3 acre with fenced perimeter surrounding the villa and tropical garden.  The main house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and is luxurious and comfortable.  There is also a two-bedroom, each with en-suite bath, poolside apartment on the lower level that can accompany the main house or be rented separately as it has a private entrance.

On the second level, hardwood floors and wood furniture throughout lend a timeless elegance.  There is a fully-equipped kitchen where no detail has been overlooked.  Appliances include dishwasher, microwave and washing machine as well as a built-in refrigerator/freezer.  Also featured on this level are air conditioning and ceiling fans.  Windows and terraces offer beautiful views of Coco Bay and Darkwood Beach.   The kitchen opens to a dining cove that can seat ten people, and place settings are available for formal dining.  The lounge is next to the dining room, with an al fresco dining areas separating them, and invites relaxation with a complete entertainment centre:  books, games, satellite TV, VCR and videos, CD library, DVD library, WI-FI broadband internet and, of course, a view of the pool, sundeck, and Caribbean sea.  There is a guest bedroom on this level with two single beds, TV, ceiling fan, screened windows, and garden views.  The bedroom’s bathroom is shared as a guest bathroom.

The elegance continues up the stairs which lead to the master bedroom where there is a double bed, screened windows, air conditioning, ceiling fan and full en-suite bathroom with raised Jacuzzi, large standing spa shower and bidet.  French doors open to a roof terrace overlooking the pool with fantastic ocean views.  There are two other bedrooms on this level, one with double bed and the other with twin beds, both with screens and ceiling fans.  They share a spacious “Jack and Jill” bathroom between them. One of these rooms has a garden view, the other opens to the terrace overlooking the pool and ocean. The centre of the terrace which connects to the master bedroom terrace features a place to dine in the sun or shade, with table, chairs, umbrella and loungers.  There is even a powerful telescope there to offer a look at the stars.
