Dieppe Bay House is a spectacular beach-front villa ideally located in the very quiet area of Dieppe Bay on Falmouth Harbour, while remaining close to the action of English and Falmouth Harbours. The 3,500 square foot villa is situated on one acre of beautiful tropical gardens which lead down to private access to the beach. It features a large 30 foot by 15 foot, 6-foot deep pool and a gazebo with shower. Views are of the entrance to Falmouth Harbour and across the Harbour towards the spectacular yachts at anchor and on the docks of Antigua Yacht Club and Falmouth Harbour Marinas. A short drive away are restaurants and bars, boutiques, grocery stores, sports facilities and exciting nightlife, all in the English Harbour community.

Accommodation in the villa is in four bedrooms, two with ensuite bathroom and two with a shared bathroom, all of which can accommodate up to 12 guests. The master bedroom consists of a large private suite with ensuite bathroom on the second floor, with verandas overlooking the pool and the entrance courtyard. It features a king-sized bed and walk-in closet. The main floor of the house features two bedrooms in one wing with shared bathroom and a third bedroom in a separate wing with ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom #1 can be set up as two twins or one double bed. Guest bedrooms #2 and #3 each have twin beds with additional hideaway twin beds, sleeping up to four guests in each room. All bedrooms feature air conditioning and ceiling fans. A courtyard leads from the villa entrance to a spacious reception room colourfully decorated which features a combination of modern and antique cane and teak furniture, French doors leading to the extensive verandas and a small guest bathroom.. The main living areas are all air conditioned. A courtyard leads to the villa entrance and outdoor dining is on the veranda overlooking the pool and gardens.

Rental prices vary at this villa depending on whether a two-bedroom or four-bedroom option is chosen.
