Pelican House is a newly
built 3 bedroom villa on Antigua’s south east coast, set privately on
the Dieppe Bay beach in Falmouth Harbour. The villa is situated on over
an acre of land with a large private swimming pool, also having access to Turtle Bay, fantastic for snorkeling. Designed with comfort and practicality in mind, Pelican
House promises a quiet retreat while still being convenient to the
amenities of Falmouth and English Harbours |

Each
bedroom in Pelican House is en suite, and has screened louvered windows
to take advantage of the constant breezes. There are mosquito nets and
ceiling fans in every bedroom, and all rooms open to the wraparound
verandah with pool and ocean views. Two of the bedrooms have double
beds, while the third bedroom is fitted with two single beds. There is
also a pullout bed which allows the villa to sleep seven people
comfortably. |

The kitchen is modern and
fully-fitted and is open plan with the indoor lounge and dining areas.
There is a TV with DVD player and an iPod docking station for
entertainment, with comfortable seating inside and out. Outside there is
a covered verandah with space to relax beside the 40 foot swimming pool,
looking out over the harbour.
