Calvados Heights is a peaceful and private split-level villa perched on the south of Antigua at Proctor’s Point.  The property is beautifully landscaped and opens to an amazing, uninterrupted ocean view.  Between the main house and the self-contained garden apartment, Calvados Heights can sleep up to 6 people and is fully and comfortably furnished.

  

 

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, dressing room, and is en suite with a magnificent dome bathroom with skylight.  It is air conditioned and has a private terrace with the same gorgeous view, looking south to the neighboring island of Montserrat.  The second bedroom can be fitted with 2 single beds or one double bed.  This bedroom is also en suite, and is air conditioned, with mosquito nets as well.

 		  

The kitchen is well equipped, has a breakfast bar, and leads to the open verandah where there is a dining table for 6-8 people to dine comfortably.  The living room has antique furnishings, and also a large flat screen TV with satellite.  The indoor lounge opens to a verandah as well, a very inviting place to relax with a sundowner and catch the remarkable sunsets that Calvados Heights is perfectly situated to enjoy.

 		  
 

The self-contained Garden Apartment is located poolside, with it’s own entrance from the driveway.  There is a small but fully fitted kitchenette, a large bedroom and living area, as well as a well-equipped bathroom and shower. Outside by the kidney shaped pool, there are sun loungers and also umbrella for shade lovers.  Poolside you will enjoy the same magnificent views.
